I go for lunch with my colleagues as we have a good bond. It's fun to have lunch with them, the conversations we have during lunch and during the post lunch walk we take are the best stress busters! 😁

I think that co-workers should understand and co-operate with each other. This is quite important in order to create a healthy working environment and you can then have lunch or dinner with your co-workers without having much problems in the workplace.

Personally, I don't have any problems with understanding my fellow workers. Anything that's going to make it easy for us to work well together, I will make sure to do it but that doesn't mean we would eat together. It's my food and I will eat it alone.

There are many employees who may not be even allowed to have lunch. I once went to a bank and there they never had any kind of official timings for lunch. However, still the bank management used to offer "unofficial" break. In that case, many employees used to have lunch alone.

It must be a very local bank which wouldn't have any time meant for their workers to go for break launch. How can they not have official launch break time? An unofficial break indicates workers can go out of their work post whenever they like.

Well, this definitely has an impact on the customer care service. When the bank employee goes on an "unofficial" break, they tend to make customers wait in the queue. This is what I have noticed. The good thing is the fact that the employee usually eats lunch quickly because they know that they are on unofficial break time and the customer may not need to wait for too long.

This is actually the reason why I said that something is definitely wrong with that kind of management in the banking system because it doesn't seem right for them to allow workers to go out of their duty post whatever they like simply because they believe they can go on a lunch break whenever they feel like and leaving customers unattended.
Personally I wouldn't have any kind of business transaction with the bank.

I think that it hardly takes 15 minutes for a person to have lunch. I personally do not take a long time to finish my lunch until or unless the meal is really tasty. LoL! So, they must offer a minimum amount of time to their employees when it comes to having lunch at work. They usually offer lunch breaks to all employees.
