Has your site ever ranked right away?

Google usually indexes a site pretty fast, at least when a site is made. I don't know how fast they do it, but for the most part it is mostly a fast process. But, what if your site ranks almost right away once it's set up? Have you ever ranked to the first page right away?

Once, I was able to rank my website just after 2 weeks it went live. However, the site was ranked for very low-traffic keywords, therefore, even though it appeared on the first page of Google, the site was not able to receive a good amount of traffic.
