Has a host ever cancelled their service on you?

Has there ever been a time where a web host decided not to work with you? Or they decided to take their services away? I've never had such issues, but I am curious to know if anyone has lost their own service because of something they may have done. What can you do if a host decides to cancel their service with you? Do you move to a different host?

I once used a hosting service that went out of business. I was using the hosting service for test sites, therefore, I did not have any issues when the hosting went out of business. Actually, I received hosting package for the credits I had earned by posting on a forum, therefore, I did not even lose money.
