Harder than the others?

I would have to say that a forum is the hardest to manage over say a blog or website. My reason for this is because with a forum you have to keep the activity flowing not just in terms of new threads but also new members, new replies, and overall activity. With a blog, it's fairly easy to be able to post your thoughts, if it's something that people like reading about they will read it and possibly comment. I found a blog about personal life and experiences became more popular for me.

Typically speaking, I'd say a forum is harder to manage, but I think all of this depends on how massive the website is. For example, I'm sure there are tons of blogs that are much more difficult to manage than this place. Also, I've never been much of a blogger. I've tried to start blogs in the past, and I've definitely struggled it. Blogging isn't my cup of tea, so I guess it was harder from my perspective.
