For a long time I have been really on my own, now that I started making some money I started to hire more and more people to do the stuff I did for my site. It is way easier, but as I said it costs money, and sometimes you still have to do things yourself because the guy you paid did a crappy one.
My question is, what do you think is it better to do it all yourself or have some people do it?

I operate a lot of sites. I cannot write content for all of my sites, I cannot market all of my sites. Therefore, I regularly hire virtual assistants to write content and promote my web content. I also have social media manager.

I am just getting started with blogging again so I do most of the task by myself. I do the keyword research first before any other thing. after that I am going to write content on those keywords and published them on my website.

I think that having people help you can be the better option because this way you are actually able to place focus on each task that you are doing, however it needs to be people that you can trust.

Till now my website is a one-man show. I am responsible for all the operations on my website. Planning to recruit some like-minded people in the future. Excited to see how it would turn around.

It is a good thing if you are able to manage all of it on your own because that way you do not have to worry about finances because you can address issues in any way that you so choose to do so.

It depends not your skills and time. If you are skilled and if you have time, I think you should be the first one to handle it. If you do not have time, and if you do not have skills, you will have to hire someone to work on the site.

I have a few people who have helped me with my forums for example, but I don't really need to delegate to them what needs to be done, as they've done it so much already, that they sort of run things on their own. Which is quite nice. :)
