Do you fitness? Lift weights or more the cardio part?

I do fitness and lift weights, over the past few months fitness and weight lifting has become a really important part of my daily routine.
 
I don't mind any kind of workout drills as long as they have a good impact on my body. But usually, I prefer full body workout because it's better in my opinion.
