How to remove negative reviews from Google top pages?

You can't remove google reviews but yes, you can try for positive reviews so that the negative one doesn't appear and come in front.

Here are the steps to follow to remove google reviews:
1. Open Google Business
2. Open the location or review, you want to manage
3. Click Reviews from the menu
4. Find the review you'd like to flag, click the three-dot menu, then click Flag as inappropriate.
