So I'm clueless when it comes to code, and finding out how to change variables, so I ask a simple question, and instead of giving me a detailed response the moderator simply states "It clearly says to change ___" Obviously I don't know how to change it which is why I'm fucking confused...

Why do people feel the need to be complete dicks to people in need of help, especially of a simple question, a mod of a major site at that...
