Getting overpaid by error?

One of the bad traits that I hate is stealing, and whenever I notice that any staff is trying to do it under my watch, I get mad at such staff members. Sometimes, it may warrant the staff member being sent home on suspension without pay, too.

Personally, I don't give room or forgive any employee who stole from my business. The employee doesn't mean well for my business by stealing from me. This is why I'm not going to take it lightly with the person. I will sack and prosecute the staff.
