But this business needs experience and enough budget to start.
It is not necessary to have personal farm to start this business. You can buy milk from other's farms and can sell in your shop.

Fresh milk business has been very profitable in big cities, especially because there is a shortage of milk and people buy a lot milk because it use a lot of amount in a bakery products and it use almost every eateing products.

Milk is not our daily need but it is a profitable business. You have to plan and come up with strategies to package the milk. Packaging is one of the things that will make your brand stand out, people already have brands that they patronize so a new brand will have to do more to make sales.
