Do you find them useful? Do you get quick answers? Do you normally get the problem solved? Also, has anyone worked on one? Has anyone thought about it? If you worked, how was your experience?

i have never used free forum software however i have looked at free software in order to try and make a website and whilst it can be good it is very difficult to use.

Well, the support forum of some website are good. I have solved a lot of problem by just contacting support forum of some website. However, there this website that recently debited me. I have reached out to support forum but they couldn't even explained to me why they debited me.

I have created a lot of simple websites by finding a free responsive template that I can edit with Notepad++ and upload to $1 a month hosting (some with a free subdomain name) I don't even feel a temptation to subject myself to being exploited by a free hosting scheme. Lets face it, servers and bandwidth are NOT free, so why would anyone give it away without some kind of self-serving motive.

In reality there is no free software because the free forums providers installs plenty of ads on your board for free hosting and ads brings money to the hoster or you pay for ad removal and then having board free of advertisement, means by the way either you or Google Adsence pays the forum provider.

I think that such kind of customer support software are gaining much popularity because there are so many businesses and forums that require you to contact the support team and using such software makes things easier.

Such customer support software, in my opinion, is becoming increasingly popular because so many forums and businesses demand you to get in touch with the support staff, and using such software makes things simpler.

i have had goo experience with websites support, most of them have really been responsive and supportive as well, and also they usually solve the issues that brought me to them, but some others are very annoying.

In my opinion, customer support software like this is becoming more and more popular. This is because so many forums and companies need to contact their support staff and such software makes the job easier.

I don't really recommend using free forum softwares it can be dangerous because they need to earn money too also it's not really good and if you want to create good forum you need to buy it it's not that expensive and your forum can be better

Yes. Customer support software are gaining much popularity today. Unlike before, many website are now caring about their customer. And one way they can show concern about their customers is by having support team.

I've still had a great relationship with website help; the majority of them seem to be very attentive and friendly, and they usually resolve the problems that led me to there, however some are quite frustrating.

No, i haven't worked on free forum software support forum. It would be really nice if anyone who has worked on it would share their experience so we can learn about it.

Anything that has the word "free" attached to it shouldn't be taken seriously. They can give you a really bad name if you're hinging your hopes on such. Website services don't cost much anymore these days.

Most of them are not all that difficult from my experience, what you need to do, is to go on platforms like YouTube and check them out of it is something you can be able to do.

I use free forum software and I also go to support forums to find solutions to my problems, however, I do not post individual questions and try to get answers from other posters. I just read available content
