If Adsense finds any kind of fraudulent clicks on your ads, it will immediately place ad limitation on your site. Ad limitation is usually for 30 days, after 30 days period, ads will be enabled, and if you continue to get fraudulent clicks, your adsense account might be gone. Adsense will put ad limit on sites that use shady methods to get clicks. These tactics include asking others to click on ads, using automated programs to generate clicks, or using micro job sites to get clicks. If you're caught doing these things, Google AdSense will ban you sooner or later. Being banned means you won't be able to use AdSense again.

A big problem is that some kid or something could click on your ad over and over and they would think it's you're cheating. However, I'm sure the system is made to get upset only when clicks from several IPs, the same ones, click on and on over the span of many days. Math probability could see that it is something unnatural.

Yeah, you can get penalized even when you do not do it. If you have some well wishers and they want to help you earn better by clicking on your ads, you might be in trouble even when you did not ask the person to click. Adsense believes it is our responsibility to control fraudulent clicks.
