Some forums create specific policies for the staff team members.

Some even create "handbooks" for moderators.

Do you practice this on your forum for your staff members?

What sort of policies or handbook content do you include?

On my old forums I did but they were basically relaxed. It was more "Please visit the forum at least three days per week making posts/topics" and just be friendly to members and if they had any issues with members to use common sense when thinking about bans OR come to me for advice.
I think that pretty much sums up what a moderator policy should look like :)
