Formal/Informal Blogs

What kind of tone do you use in your blog? Do you prefer formal or informal tone? For me, I think that it helps to be more relational on blogs, but on the other side, there are people who don't understand the relational or informal approach (like people outside millennials).

What do you guys do or think?

Depends on what it's about for me. When I had a tech blog, I was formal.

When I had my complaint blog it was entirely informal to the max.

I agree. I think it depends on what kind of blog it is.
