Out of all the open source forum softwares around, which would you fork? What would you do to make the software better? What would you name your software? What sort of license would your software have?

Honestly, I'd prefer to just build it from scratch like I've done with AtomBB however, if I had to fork one of the existing ones then, it would probably be MyBB which I'd probably end up completely rewriting.

Functionality would probably be like AtomBB with template hooks and the Plugin API. I'd also get rid of MyBB's abuse of raw queries in the sourcecode which makes it hard to add more database engine options.

License would likely be the GPL.
