Foreign Languages in 2023

What do you know? How good are you? Where did you learn? Myself, I took Spanish in high school but I never became fluent. The problem is I needed immersion via being around Spanish speakers or having some CD or something.

English is just the worse, and yet people that are English only speakers can't even peak English well ;P

I spent three years learning French at school…cant speak a word of it

My native is Dutch. I’m pretty good in English, but occasionally make mistakes. I can speak a little German and French, but not as fluently as English.

Same here, well it was middle school, but you get the point. I would love to become fluent in Spanish since I live in a state that borders Mexico, meaning we have a lot of Hispanics in Texas. I just can't be bothered to learn anything other than my native tongue, though.
