Food that is Unknown in Your Country

We do have Taco Bell as well as Las Iguanas (which is a Latin America-in-general restaurant, so things like fajitas, enchiladas plus other things apparently from further south such as Argentinian-inspired recipes) but not sure how widely available they are - my town has both, but Brighton is properly hipster for that kind of thing, we have all sorts of restaurants here from pretty much anywhere in the world, but we're not representative.

I'm from the UK and I love Mexican food. Me and my Wife have Taco's, fajitas, enchilada and burritos all the time. Though I think our versions of Mexican food are generally considered more TexMex rather than Mexican outright. But we do make all ours at home ourselves usually as it tends to work out cheaper for us.

To be fair around here in Leicestershire there aren't all that many Mexican restaurants or places to eat, not compared to American style burger places anyway.
