Flavored Powder/Syrups for Water

There is a trend on Tiktok regarding the powder that dissolves in water! Do you happen to use any of these flavor packets? I personally like the Hawaiian punch one! Sonic has their ocean water and cherry limeade - the cherry limeade is really cool to put in water. I love that they have 0 sugar, but have a really bold flavor! I see people mix different flavors together... Some even use the skinny syrups to flavor their water.

Do you like any of these, or if you hadn't heard of this, would you consider it? Here is a video of the Mythical More guys trying some flavors!

I might have to check these out! I currently have a Cirkul water bottle with lots of different flavors. I think it’s sort of the same concept without the powder portion.

I recently bought the Zero Sugar Tropical Punch flavor of Kool-Aid. As most know, I am a Diabetic, so I have to be careful.

I've been trying out the Kool-Aid ones lately, so far I've tried orange, cherry, and tropical punch. May have to spice things up a bit and try something different.

I have used the sugar free syrup in my coffee and that, along with drinking diet pop has caused me some inflammation issues, so I'm going back to natural sugars again.

I do drink regular soda but I stick to the light stuff like Sprite.

I don't mind adding individual drink mixes to water every once in a while. I always liked the Crystal Light pink lemonade drink mix as well as the Kool-aid tropical punch flavor.
