Finding sponsors

I know it is a tough and needs hardwork to find sponsors. But are there any forum or site, dedicated to find sponsors.

I don't think there is. Are you meaning contest sponsors or website Advertisers? Advertisers are more likely to come to you rather than be found. To get contest sponsors you really need to approach businesses directly with what you're offering.
