Favorite Cuisine?

There are tons of cuisines all around the world. Which one is your go-to or all time favorite cuisine?
Do you like your native cuisine or is it something from a different place and culture?

Personally, I love the different cuisines we get in India from it's different states. Among them my favorite is the North Indian cuisine.
Among the ones abroad, I love the Chinese cuisine!

Mine would probably have to be Chinese as well. We have a Chinese buffet in town that I go to occasionally and it's pretty tasty.

Tex-Mex is definitely a favorite of mine. Sometimes more towards realistic mexican food, or other hispanic food, but Tex Mex will always be a favorite I think!

I like American food as well such as burgers and french fries, oh or buffalo chicken too!

I'm tied between two. Itailan and Southeastern Asian. I love soups of all kinds, and pasta, but I love the exotic flavors of curry and coconut, and the freshness of Japanese food.

Do you like to have sushi?

I adore a good sushi! And Hibachi (as we called it when I lived out in Cincinnati). It's super easy to make. Some rice, soy sauce, zucchini, broccoli, carrots and sometimes I'll add steak, otherwise I'll leave it vegetarian. Just grill it in a pan for like 10 minutes over medium high heat. SO GOOD!

Love so many but Scottish food at the moment is wonderful and I almost always like to go to a Scottish restaurant for a decent meal. It's kinda of similar to french food at the moment with lots of fresh fish, meats and poultry and is just so well done.
