Ever managed another's site while also managing yours?

Have you ever managed another site while also managing your own? Do you like doing this? Or does it cause you any problems at times? I've done this myself over the years and haven't had much of a hitch. But, problems can arise, but that's to be expected.
Though when it comes to my business i make use of facebook ad manager to do my promotion and that of a partner as well, and this is due to the fact that i am not that ready to own a site yet and i have been doing it effectively with great results.

Well I've not been in this situation but it seems possible to do in terms do efforts and since you said it's between friends then not all an impossibility but can't say I've done that too yet

Yes, it was very challenging. A freelancing site where I had to manage the politics niche and celebrity niche because I needed the income.

I haven't tried this though but I have no doubt that it'll be pretty difficult. Especially if your site is heavily based on content that you have to research and compile yourself.
If you're not responsible for generating content, then you can administratively manage two or more sites.

I don't imagine this is a lot of work depending on the site and the purpose for the site. I haven't done it personally, I think it shouldn't be that hard right?

That's called multitasking. Well for me I don't multitask, I only give my time and concentration to a single site. Doing that can leads me to loose the both of them all.

Someone offered to hire me to run his website, but I was too preoccupied at the moment to even consider it. I have my own website, which is also free, but I find it difficult to maintain due to a lack of time.

I have not done that.
Managing a site alone is not an easy task, talk more of managing another site.
A website is one fragile online structure, if not effectively handled, it can crash or become redundant.

I had an opportunity of managing my brother site and mine at same though it is very tedious but nothwthstanding I have to due to his absence

Managing my site and another person's own is kind of a difficult and stressful job to do. I have not tried managing another person's site or business asides mine and I don't think it's something I will love to give a try not minding the amount of money involved.

When I sell my website, I provide one month site management for free. Some clients are so impressed with my work that they hire me as a manager for their new website. Currently, I am managing my client's website.

I manage more than three platforms that are all mine by myself and leave the others for a very good and trusted hand to do the running and management for me
I have never had the opportunity of managing a site tackles of managing another person's site, a friend of mine is into it and he said its very challenging and stressful at the same time.

I only helped a close friend to build his website from scratch but I have not managed anyone's website. I think I am going to go into this full-time in the nearest future. I have some of my friend who are helping other people to manage their website for a fee.

I've never managed another's site while managing mine. I feel like it would be a very difficult task because most times it's difficult to manage only your site talk less of adding another site.

I haven't had any opportunity of managing someone else's website why I have my own because I value my time a lot and I only work only on my website no matter what anyone else is willing to pay me.
