Ever had to fire someone for misconduct in the workforce?

I have not fired anyone because of misconduct, but this is something that is popular with my boss. I mean he is too good as spotting the right time to send someone parking once he notices that you are not serious with the role that you've been assigned to do at the workplace.

There are many companies that have a warning system. However, I think that warnings should be issued in case of severe violations only. As far as code of conduct is concerned, employees should be aware of what they need to do and what they are required to avoid. This makes things pretty easy for many employees.

You will always see that staff that will want to act stupid no matter how the management tend to manage everyone. That particular staff is always going to make things difficult for the company and I think once such staff is discovered, a serious decision should be taken on their employment status.

Well, certain staff members in a business organisation may make mistakes that may lead them to lose their job. However, I strongly believe that it all depends on what kind of rule was violated. You cannot fire someone for making small mistakes.
 
It depends on the kind of misconduct that the employee committed. When it's something that warrants being fired, that's the punishment the worker is going to get. There are some misconducts that only requires getting suspended and not being sacked. I haven't sacked any of my worker for misconduct.

I think that employees should also be quite careful when it comes to understanding the rules and regulations of any kind of business. This is quite important because this may help them avoid getting suspended or sacked. The fact of the matter remains that this is also one of the most important aspects of working in a company.
 
If you're constantly charged for misconduct at your workplace, they will fire you for not being serious with your work. I would fire a staff for constant misconduct if they've failed to take instructions. I won't hire a staff to work for me and they will turn into constant headache.

There are many businesses that emphasise a lot on your performance. They emphasise much more on your performance and this is a common thing that might be found in many workplaces. Each and every workplace is different and they have different rules and regulations.

I also emphasise a lot on my employees performances because it's how my business meets its objectives. I won't keep paying who doesn't perform as I expected him to. It's from your input and output I can pay you and pay for my business expenses.
