Ever done backflipping before

Pulling back flipping is really relevant in today's youth and some people love it for entertainment purposes.

I recall some years ago I involved in pulling of backflips of different styles. It was an awesome experience, but I must confess that those skills are still intact in me right now even when it's been years of noninvolvement, I can pull them anytime I want.

How about you, have you practice or done back flipping before? Or have you watched it for entertainment purpose before?
