As you have explained what you meant, I've seen it had a good explanation of everything you went through with the customer service representative in the bank. If I were you, I would request she print my statement of account. Everything will be in it.Changing it inside the bank, meaning I got so Furious with the customer care representative because the lady kept insisting I made no such transaction that she couldn't see it on her own system and was insisting I was either lying or not telling the truth...what's the difference, that was what set me off, and I scolded the lady and requested manager
