Ever bring your failing business back to life?

I think that when any kind of business fails, many people may not have any other choice but to hire people in order to manage and run the business. They could at least monitor the financial conditions of the business in order to prevent people from taking advantages.

Any kind of business that have been neglected for a long time is definitely going to suffer in a very drastic way that might eventually result in the business to fail completely. It is the reason why whenever you are running a business, you should always be involved in the business all the time even if you are not getting the results you are expecting.

The management can help resurrect the business. However, it depends a lot on the degree of damage which was already done. Many businesses failed to make a come back because the damage was just too severe to make recovery. So, this also depends a lot on the degree of damage which was inflicted on the business.

I will avoid a failing business 9 out of 10 times it's brought to me. Why would I be willing to throw myself into the burning fire of a failing business? There's no rest or break in turning the business around from its falling movement. My psychology can't sustain being in the business.

Where was the management when the business started falling or failing in the first place? What have they been doing that resulted in the business failure? It's when the business started to fall that they will wake up trying to save it.

It might be possible that the previous management was not at all efficient or competent enough in order to make the business a much better business venture in the first place. This is why businesses may need to change the management or certain people in the management who are not proving to be fruitful.

Changing of the entire management of a business is only going to be possible when the business actually ended up being sold to another owner who will now decide to revive whatever that is not going right with the business. The case of what happened to Activision Blizzard is a very good example and also what happened with Twitter.

I think that a manager or the owner of a business has knowledge about each and every employee in the organisation. They are quite aware of employees who are performing great and who are not performing that well. I do not believe in firing people without offering them a chance to improve, so if they improve and prevent the business from falling apart, then I would certainly offer them a chance to do so.
