Ever been through a natural disaster?

Could it be as a result of poor drainage or just what it is made to be? I am always thinking that it is as a result of the water not finding natural lanes to flow, and it has to pass through places where people are living.

It's a vital thing to do in road construction for proper drainage channels to be built. If the drainage channels are poor, it makes the roads to be flooded quickly when it rains too long. This causes accidents all the time.

Seriously, this is the biggest problem we are going through with how our government get into road construction. There are some work they do with bad gutters. When it rains, the water coursing through the gutters will be all over the road.
