Every business owner should have keys that got a spare. I don't see any reason they shouldn't be having those keys outside the workplace. A lot can happen and one can misplace the key they always use to open the office and that is where the spare key will be helpful. If you notice that the spare key is missing, then change the keys entirely.

Seriously, I can tell you that some people are just dumb with how they handle some things. There are things they would do and you will keep wondering if that person is truly an adult because I find it very difficult to understand how someone will not make an arrangement to keep his spare keys safe. One in my business area said he can't remember where he kept his spare keys when he was locked out of his business.
