Energy Drinks

Do you drink energy drinks and how much? Do you have a favorite brand?

I have been known to drink energy drinks in the past but I will only drink them every so often and do not rely on them daily like some do.

If I ever choose to have an energy drink, I tend to go for Monster Energy.

I used to drink sometimes ( not many often ) Monster or supermarket brands but i stopped because i think is bad for my nervous system .

I used to take black bullet energy drink, but my doctor talked to me about the health dangers of drinking energy drinks. That made me reflect on my stand and stopped drinking aside from when I couldn't help it.

I've tried most of them. I don't drink any of them. The last i've tried was GFuel but I don't really like any of them or how they make me feel after i've consumed them. I stick to drinking coffee for my 'boost'.

I haven't tried them. I assume they're not good for you but neither is Mountain Dew which I like. Anyway, though, probably energy drinks are probably abused and not as bad as they say in moderation (my guess).

Red bull and Monster Energy Drink happens to be my favourite drink. Although, I don't drink them very often because I'm watching my caffeine intake.

I used to drink 3 per day and after some time I realized it has bad effect on my stomach so I quit. It is very tasty and they have all these type of flavors but underneath is a dangerous stuff. I would not recommend people drinking it bcs it is not healthy. But this is just a suggestion, you don't need to listen xD

I use mio energy during the weekdays when I go to work, I like to think it's the safest one out there to have, as everything else looks dangerous, and I see people guzzle them down like average water lol.
