Ecommercing in UK. I need to know about reliable web hosts

Hey guys,
I am sure that someone will help me with my research.
I need to host several e-commerce friendly web sites in UK.
What shopping cart software is the best: Os commerce, Zen cart, Cube cart, Magento commerce?

I have found several hosts with servers in UK: SolVPS.com and Rareservers.com
Are they reliable? What host would you rather choose from those TWO? Why?

I am very pleased with service from SolVPS.com - They have always been prompt and effectual in helping me.

If I were in your turn, I'd better choose SolVPS.com web hosting services.
Now I've had 100% uptime with them, had all (slight) issues ironed out pretty quickly over the phone with their toll-free support and/or through their online tickets, and although I have never managed a server before, it wasn't rocket science. Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all.

The Control Panel, being well-organized and user-friendly, is easy to navigate; same goes for the File Manager and other sections of the CP.
I have been using rareservers.com for over 9 months. It has been great, server uptime is perfect.
