It's good if you've discovered an approach that works for you. I don't think I understand what you meant by it having a bad effect on your health. Could you please explain more?
Actually, I have been suffering from insomnia and this is one of the biggest reasons why I have made some changes in my schedule. I plan to sleep really early now because when I do not sleep early, I tend to sleep at 4:00 AM!
