What ever name you chose for your blog make sure it is search friendly and the word/s used on the name is being moderately searched on the internet. If you use moderately searched term for your blog name, it will improve your search engine visibility. Your name should also be short, make sure it is one or two words.

I will be starting a blog soon. I have decided to use my real name for my blog. that's because it is easier to find domain name for my name compared to the chosen niche. Keywords on domain is good but it is difficult to find appropriate keyword rich domain.
Seriously, I think you need to settle down and really meditate on this yourself, because you are in the best position to choose the blog name yourself, other names people give you might not be your choice name, so it not a good idea to ask people or search the net.

this is really a great post. For a while I have been thinking of something related to this. I hope I get the right answer the question bothering me. I hope people see the importance of this platform beyond the monetary value.

In choosing a blog name it depends on the nature of the website you want to create, a blog name must be related to the purpose of it creation, you can also use your name and surname as the blog name, or better still look for a sweet small and unique name that can be easily pronounced and remembered but do not use a name that already exist for easy differentiation.

If you want to choose a name for your blog, you need to read a book or browse the internet in order to uncover a good blog name, or rather use your own Nan as the blog name, find a good pun for your blog name

My first blog was on my name. However, when I created a second blog I used keywords related to the blog niche. What name you choose does not actually matter much, what ultimately matters is whether your domain is short and easy to remember.

I have decided to launch my website soon and I will be using my name for the domain name. Well, my name does not have much search value, however, at least I will build an online presence by creating a website on my name.

Most of the blogs name I know of now is connected to their content. I believe it depends on the type of blog you wanna run and the contents of the blog as well this should determine the blogs name.

Choosing a name for your blog shouldn't be challenging at all since you already have idea about what you would like to do you can join your list of ideas to form a meaningful word.

To choose a blog name ,choose a name that best suit what you are searching for then through that extent. You can choose a blog name

If you wan to succeed as a blogger, you should choose a niche for your blog before you choose a name. Once you choose the niche, you can name your blog accordingly.

The type of blog name you want to give your blog must be in line with the particular service or product you are intending to advertise to the public

I believe the name of your blog should descrive what your blog is about. When people know the type of blog just from the name, you will be able to get traffic from the people who are interested on that topic.

Getting a name for your blog shouldn't be a problem. First you have to understand the niche you would like to venture into. Then you can get a name at godaddy or namecheap.
You don't really need an epic kind of name to name a blog. Just be simple, your name is okay
Goddaddy is purposing a lot of name so for example even if you put word fitness life it purposes to me fitnesslives.net so it can be really a swittable domain name or even fitness-lives.net. So it helps a lot taking decision.

That's very true, then the chosen name is the topic of your blog, it will help you site get ranked faster. The keywords used in the domain name is one of the ranking factors.

While using keywords on he blog name (and also on the domain name) can be considered helpful in terms of SEO but using interesting name can also help you. For instance Bizdustry is really good name. This is not a proper English word, it is an interesting name for a website

When you want to name your blog you should have a keyword in mind that is what you hope your blog to achieve that is the niche of the blog. Once you are sure of the niche you want to go into in your blogging work then you can probably add a little from your name into the name of the blog.

If you want to concentrate on travel, them let your blog name be related to the travel nich you want to concentrate on. If it is on arts and crafts, let it follow same similar pattern along that line

If your blog is a personal blog, where you publish almost anything, you can use your name for the blog. If the blog is informative content site, use the right keyword for the name

In choosing a blog name, go for names that are unique and has not been taken by others. Depending on what location your travel blog is all about. In addition, you can select your blog name from your likes and dislikes or even your name can be a good match.
