namecheap.com
godaddy.com

Godaddy offering very cheap prices on 1st year new domains register, such as 0.99$ , but you are get these offer with your bank card , godaddy's company do't accept paypal below 25-40 % offers,

Domain name is the site's address and you will have to register that with a good registrar.
Well, looks like people already recommended couple of good sites for you. I use godaddy but godaddy offers cheap price, only for an year. Renewal costs of godaddy are high when compared to other registrars.
So, it's better to go with namecheap, according to me
