Does your family help with your work?

I usually do not like to involve my family with my work. If I want to get some help for my work I will just try to hire people to do so. Except if it is a managerial role and I have a family member that is very much knowledgeable.

Yeah, if you hire people they will probably deliver the job for you very well. This is because they are being paid for what they are doing. If they don't do it well you will have the right to ask them to redo it.

Not really. I don't talk about work with my family because I don't want to talk about work all the time. Sometimes they ask how things are going, but that's all. Plus, my family is not really good at things that I do at my job, so it's pointless to ask them for help, and I doubt they would want to help me.

I think the kind of training you were given when you were small can show you the path to become successful in life. If you're lucky to have someone who is knowledgeable teach you at the very little age it can help you to be successful in life.

It is not about inconveniencing people. It is more of not using people. You might be tempted not to pay family members for work done or underpay them. Just pay an outsider to do it so you can hold him responsible.

That's true, when an outsider does not do your work very well you can hold them responsible and even have them refund your money but that is not the case with a family member. You can to spare them.

I am staying far away from my extended family and the only thing they help me in monitoring is my farming business thats closer to them , here in the city i am managing my small business with my wife .
