Does The Last of Us 2 really need a remaster?

The Last of Us 2 is reportedly getting a remastered version for the PS5. I do not see a point in remastering a game that already looked near perfect in graphics and art style. I would understand if the game was 10 years old or something, but it literally came out 3 years ago. It just looks like a cash grab at this point. What do you think though, are you for this? Or are you good with the base game from 2020?

No, I don't think it needs a remaster. But since the cash grab for me is only the $10 upgrade path I am willing to fork it over, lol.

The added "missing" levels and the extra gameplay will be interesting to play.
