I particularly understand that people have been able to coin this adage in order to promote people to give more because if a lot of people were more generous then it means that money will be very easy to circulate. This does not mean that automatically given guarantees that you are going to get.

Its not like anybody is using anything like a quote to deceive anybody but its just what you believe in , and dont ever always want something back from anybody in return when you are doing something good like giving out,

Yes to some extent given really bring in good things to the giver but it depends on what you give out to people and the intentions of such given. There are who dont give to the needy but to the rich because they want favour in return.
