Does anger allow you to sleep?

Unfortunately, if I'm pissed at something or angry at anything, there's no way I would sleep at night if that which is making me angry isn't attended to. This is why I go to bed being at peace with everything and everyone so I can sleep without any hitches.

Can you sleep when you're angry?

No that just raises the blood pressure which leads to even more issues.

When I am angry, I lose peace of mind and when I lose peace of mind, I cannot sleep. I can go back to sleep only when my mind is clam. If my mind is restless, I cannot sleep
