Do you use LED light strips in your home?

Does anyone here use LED light strips in their home? I have a light strip under my desk and used to have some on the back of my TV, but those died and I moved on. I've been thinking of putting LED light strips under my bed, in my closet, kitchen, under the cabinets etc. I think it'd be great to add all around the house. Would you do it?

I was going to get some for under my desk to allow me to see a bit more in the office without having to use a desk lamp but I ended up changing my mind. My wife did get some for the back of our TV and I do like those.
