Personal i tend to use excel in order to try and keep track of all of the websites that i do make use of and the reason that i tend to do this is rather simple. If you are looking at the list that i make, it contains the username and password for all the sites that i make use of and therefore i would prefer to keep it in an offline file. Google sheets is stored online and therefore i think that there can be some concerns when it comes to security in that sense.

That makes a lot of sense, but isn't excel also connected to the internet, I mean not in the same way, def it's excel over sheets as sheets you can also accidentally share with someone you don't want and you are done for it.

That is true, however what I tend to do on these sorts of files is that i password protect them so that even if they are accidentally seen by someone that is using my laptop or if I had to accidentally share them with a friend inadvertently then they would still not be able to actually access the content that is on there. That is the best way that I can think to handle them write now. I am worried to actually write it all down in a book and keep it offline.

I have bookmarked all of my sites. I track traffic data through Google Analytics. In the past, I used to save my website details on a Word document, but these days I have stopped doing it. Even though I have multiple websites, I remember my website login details and can log into them without looking for any reference.
