Do you use any decentralized social media sites

Well, I have tried using decentralized social media sites in the past but on these sites none of the people were using real identity just like on traditional social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I was not interested in connecting with people who were using fake identity. Therefore, I left. Do you use any decentralized social media?
