Do you use 12 hours or 24 hours format?

How were you taught to read time? Was it with the 12 hours time frame or 24 hours time frame? I was taught how to read time in 12 hours time frame. It's the only way I understand time. 24 hours time frame is very difficult to understand which is why I don't know how to read time with it.

My wristwatch is an analog, so I use the 12-hour format on my wristwatch. However, my computer and mobile phone use 24-hour format. I also also desk watch where the time is set in a 24-hour format.

Personally, I don't have any problems with using 12 hours or 24 hours format. Although, I'm more conversant with using 12 hours format because it's what I use more oden often.

When I was a kid, I would always feel more comfortable using the 12-hour method when telling the time but as I got older, I started using the 24-hour method and now I could never switch back to just using the 12-hour method.
