How were you taught to read time? Was it with the 12 hours time frame or 24 hours time frame? I was taught how to read time in 12 hours time frame. It's the only way I understand time. 24 hours time frame is very difficult to understand which is why I don't know how to read time with it.

I use the 24-hour format.
I was always taught how to read both 12-hour and 24-hour formats the time at school and at home.
