There's a common saying in business that customers are always right because they are buying from the business. What do you think about this concept in business? Even if a customer is giving you trouble in your business, would you still abide by the code that customers are always right?

No, because they abuse the hell out of that belief. Having worked in retail, they get away with so much shit it's unreal, and if it's questioned, they'll threaten to take their business elsewhere. It's bullshit to be honest.

Customers always feel they are right because they have the money to buy whatever is being sold but they can be so wrong.
