Do you think America is being divided?

I see things in the news about blacks killing blacks, white cops killing blacks, feminism being shunned from men, gay people being bashed by religious types, and this election isnt helping either!!!

Do you think things on the news are aired to keep this country divided so it is easily controlled?

Those in power want to give us an enemy to keep our eyes off the real enemy.

It's already been dived, and it started with Obama. Quite simply: he's done everything possible to divide us. Everything from not supporting the police, to not showing up at funerals, and going to the funerals of people who attempted to harm police officers. Realistically, what's happened is we've lost our respect for authority. Teachers, bosses, and the police have been significantly put under scrutiny by the media lately, and some of it was deserved; however, most of it is the media stirring crap up. After we respect those put above us (and have people who're competent above us), we'll be doing quite a bit better.

I agree. We've been convinced that the government sucks, all of it, and even the constitution. The government doesn't suck, but the people holding the important government ranks or the people controlling the government do.
