You really cannot work with your raw talent. Talent as I believe is something that is still in it's raw form and you can develop it my learning from a professional just that the only difference is that you will pick up things real quick.
There are a thousand and one thing that you still need to learn and relearn regardless of whether or not you have the talent in doing something. It's just going to give you an edge just like passion does to people.Talent is one of the ingredients of success and I think this would be the best ways to define "talent". You also need other kinds of ingredients as well in order to become successful.

I have taught some children creative writing. And I taught them for free. I am proud that one child is doing very well and writing stories. I also taught a boy how to play piano and today, he is a better piano player than me.
Well, I tend to learn writing on my own but I have taken some assistance from a few teachers as well in the past few years. I no longer learn new things about grammar and writing because I do not have time.
Sharing your knowledge and skills with others and assisting them in the development of their own abilities are both excellent uses of your capabilities. Via private lessons, group tutorials, workshops, and even online courses, people can impart their skills to others. Giving advice, offering criticism, and assisting others in realizing and developing their talents are all examples of teaching.

My talent is singing and it is very rare for you to see me teach other people how to sing. This is mainly because I do not have enough time to do so but I can try to do that later. When it comes to working online, or working period, do you have any work skills that you can teach others if given the chance? Yes, you're right. If we're skilled in something and someone comes to us for help regarding that skill, we must help and guide them. The only condition is that they must be willing and serious about learning and putting in the effort.I feel like I am obliged to share my knowledge to people in need, because I learned ways to make money online from someone else. It is really nice for people to share what they know in order to make sure that we all become financially secure
