I will admit, I sweat way too much sometimes, especially when it's hot out. This past weekend it was pretty hot where I live, unusually hot for my area, and I was not a happy dude haha. It sucked, but I got through it, and now today it's cold out, funny how that works. Anyway, do you hate the heat like myself and hate sweating? Or do you not mind to sweat sometimes? I don't mind it as long as I don't get drenched in sweat. What about you?

Yes, I generally do. I work in retail and it requires a lot of moving around and lifting things, so I sweat often. If I do anything physical I usually sweat at least a little bit because my body doesn't get enough exercise as it is and the only physical activities I do make me sweat. I've also sweated profusely due to anxiety.

Sweating is one of my biggest challenge because I tend to sweat a lot with sweaty palms and sweaty feets. This is the reason why I try as much as possible to work in an environment that is as comfortable and cold as possible because it is going to help with the way I used to sweat so that it is going to be easier for me to carry out my duties.

No I don't sweat at work because I can't even count the number of air conditioners in the office, and besides my work at the office isn't that stressful that will make me sweat so much

I did sweat a lot since I was working in a Gymboree and in one shift we had to watch out and walk in circles around the whole area, and when you are walking for a long time its a sport and it's causing you to sweat a lot :D. I didn't mind doing so I mean why would I get mad over doing some sport? I exercise daily regardless so I don't mind of course.. I also like walking it's not something I hate so I even enjoyed it.

When walking and exercising is something that you really enjoy doing, then this kind of job is something that you will enjoy very well because you're not even going to be seeing it as something that is stressing you but something that is even helping you to keep fit while you still get paid in the process of doing the job.

I love working in an office with an air conditioning unit. It will make the office comfortable to work in. I've been to some offices where when you come inside a staff's office, it will be so hot. I can't work under such a working environment.

Having to deal with anxiety at work is something that is very critical because it is going to make it so much difficult for you to be able to do your job and that is also going to put extra pressure on you because you're not doing the job you're supposed to do exactly how you are expected.

It is always going to be more comfortable when you are working in an office with an air conditioner system especially for someone like me who is living in a country with a hot temperature most of the time. t
This is something that makes it very stressful for me to work and that is the reason why I appreciate having an air conditioning system in my office as well.

Companies which can't afford to install air conditioning unit for their workers can't be blamed. It's a capital intensive project which is heavy on electricity bills. Workers in those kind of companies will have to manage ceiling or standing fans.

Only when the air isn't working or someone has the heat way too high. I working in an office building, it is a one floor open floor with separated desks.

The kind of work you're into can pass as someone who's working out at work. The work takes a lot energy from you throughout the day. I hope they are giving you at least 1 hour break time for all the work stress?

It is always very good when a company makes provision of air conditioning system unit for their workers in order to make the environment where they are working very comfortable. This is something that helps to make it possible for their employees to work in a productive manner because of a calm and a conducive working environment.

If this happened at my workplace, the management hasten to fix it as quickly as possible. It will be too stuffy for workers to work comfortably. If it's not fixed, workers productivity will reduce.

I've got the AC fixed for me in the office. So, it is rare to see me sweating at work. I can't imagine yet what I would be doing that will make me begin to sweat at work at the moment. Absolutely nothing as I do light physical tasks, and that's all.

An air conditioning system is the best when it comes to what is going to make your office to be very cool all the time. As long as there is constant electricity and air conditioning system is working perfectly, there is no way you are going to feel heat and start sweating in your office.
