Do you share all your tricks you've learned as an admin with other admins trying to grow their communities?

I don't mind sharing the tricks I know that I've been using on my forums. I think we should all work together to make our communities great, forums these days require more work to bring in members.

Are we talking "make money/get rich" tricks... or are we talking actual site related "tricks" to improve the interface/performance?

I do not believe in fierce competition, I believe in cooperation. We need to learn from each other and help each other. Therefore, I do not mind sharing the lessons I have learned. However, I always try to have unique content and unique features on the forums I manage.

There is so much that we can share with each other. The good news is that the Internet is not a zero sum game, we can all attract more visitors and members without stepping on each other's toes. Even within webmaster forums, you don't have to be a member of only one forum, you can be a member of many admin forums.
