Do you see any author as a mentor?

To me, I see a couple of authors as mentors. I have followed Robert Greene on all socials after reading his books as I want to learn more about him. I began looking at 50 Cent in a different angle and respected as I noticed that he co-authored the 50th law. Do you have an author you see as mentor?

I am inspired by a lot of writers, however, I do not see any authors as my mentors. I like Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and I am greatly inspired by his work, I am even trying to learn his craft, but I don't consider him to be my mentor. I very much like Jm Coetze but he is also not my mentor.
