To run a successful project sometime you need a group of people who have good instincts and have good input to offer because with this team you can generate good output and make a project more successful than anticipated in every situation or scenario

Well, I believe that it's something to do with the size of your project. If it's something that's very big, it's definitely going to very difficult for you to run it all by yourself, so you must need extra helping hand.

When one creates an online community, he shouldn't work everything out on his own. He should seek the services of people, whether employ them or not, but he shouldn't expect free task from them all the time. At least encourage their job with some good incentives. Remember "a tree can never make a forest".

My website is a one-man show now. Planning to recruit some like-minded staff this year. Excited to see how this new year is going to turn around.

Do you run your forum, website, blog, or online project alone or have you got a few people who help out with the duties? Are they volunteers or employees? I've got a handful of volunteers who help out with the moderation & administration work on my popular community.
I think that at the start it makes sense to do it alone because then you can manage everything without any problem, however as your forum or site grows then you have to be able to hire employees to look at it as well.

I run my project alone. MY projects are small so I do not need any kind of partnership. I do time to time hire virtual assistants to help me but only on a short-term basis. However, I have an idea in my mind that needs a huge investment and I might partner with other people.

Every forum owner is always interested in seeing their community grow. Once there's growth, you're definitely going to need some help in running and managing the forum. There will be massive traffic and lots of members to manage.

I mostly run things by myself, but I do have some friends and people who have worked for me on small jobs and stuff I really needed. But for the most part I tend to work alone.

Currently, I am managing my website alone. If my website grows and generates enough revenue then I will think about hiring people to manage my website.
