Do you record every move the kids make so they may watch themselves as adults?

In my opinion, this is the coolest thing that parents could do for their children, because in my childhood there were no video cameras and I only have photos, but I would like to look at myself as a child, what I did at that age when I was not yet aware of my actions

I do not have documented videos of my kids but I try to shoot videos of my kids. They might like these videos when they grow up but I am not shooting these videos for them, I am shooting for myself so that I can watch these videos when I am old and my kids are away.
