Do you provide work training to all employees?

When you hire anyone new to your work, do you provide the needed work training to get them ready and able to work? I know most jobs I worked I got some form of training. If you don't provide work training, then you probably won't see your business go very far. Unless your business doesn't need training, but most jobs usually do.

I think that almost all businesses and big companies have policies when it comes to training employees. However, I have never trained anyone myself personally. I have been a trainee at an international company. However, I never continued there as it was not the kind of job that I liked.

No, I don't offer any kind of training for the workers. When I hire someone, I hire with the conviction that the person is able to handle the job he is hired for. I do not want to waste my time and resources in training people. Training people for the job can be risky because after being trained, they might quit the job.

It is very important to offer training to any worker whom have been employed to work for you because it is the only way they are going to grasp exactly what they are supposed to do and make sure that they do it effectively and efficiently whenever they are at work.
