I do not have my own house, I live in a rented apartment, and I pay rent. I have been paying rent ever since I moved out of my parents' house.

Yes, I have to pay rent for my apartment every damn year until I'm able to build or buy my own house which I'm planning on doing soon.

I'm still paying rent because I'm living in a rented apartment in an estate. My rent is renewed annually. It's not a small amount of money which is why I want to buy own house.
